Is he there for health issues? That I cannot say. Some members of the APC campaign team just released a new photo of Buhari taking a stroll on the street of London with Mamman Daura. 

They say Buhari is hale and hearty. He looks like he went to take a break to me. OK, that is all I can say for now.
