Salim Tahir , popularly known as Fredozamani who later changed his name to El freedo was born and raised in City of Abuja, where he discovered his musical talent. Although el freedo can not be placed in any specific genre of music, he has musical roots that range from, Afro beats, Hip-Hop, Singing etc, el freedo is currently based in AbJ working underground as an artist and song writer in a production team known as YGR (Young Generation Record) formed by Young G as well as an artist (rapper/singer). He has shared the stage with such music sensations as ice prince zamani, siryaks, young G, white nigerian etc., and has featured such artists as young G, siryaks, white nigerian etc.; He has continued to perform at different events around Nigeria and Dubai.
