                     Miley Cyrus prompted further concern for her welfare on Monday by posting a bizarre image in which blood appears to be streaming from her nose.
                     The captioned Instagram selfie, one of two posted on the popular picture messaging site, finds the provocative singer with what appears to be blood pouring from her right nostril.
                      Dressed in a grey hooded top, she holds a bloodied hand aloft while taking the shot, which she shared with her 13.9 million followers on Monday evening.

A grainy second image, posted moments later, captures Miley, 22, with a clean nose next to the accompanying message: ‘Worst part of Muah dayyyy.’
