The 52-year-old driver from Gayton House, Bow, pleaded guilty to a one count charge of attempted rape, one count of assault by penetration and two counts of sexual assault.
Police investigations report that the attacks took place in North London and East London, in the early hours of the morning when Perry carried such passengers who had been out drinking the night before.
He would then drive to a secluded place and rape the women. One of the women woke up and found Perry on top of her and reported the incident to the police.
Police linked DNA from the crime to the same offender, but Perry was not on their database.
But Perry was caught after his vehicle was identified as the place where the crimes occurred.
Perry has been a taxi driver for 25 years, and the police appealed for other possible victims to come forward.
