According to Us Weekly, Yeezy gave some words of wisdom to Disick after he was spotted cosying up to former flame Chloe Bartoli in the South of France.
A source told the mag that West called Disick last week and demanded that he “get his act together for the kids”, as well as advising him to cancel his July 10 appearance at Las Vegas nightclub, 1Oak.
The insider added: “Kanye told him he needs to man up and go to rehab."
It’s thought that the 32-year old DID listen to West and went to rehab on July 5 - only to check out and leave six hours later.
