“Why I Quit School” – Ycee Reveals

In an interview with HipTV, fast rising music artiste, Ycee, who is studying Marine biology at the Lagos State University, opened up on the real reason he stopped going to school..
The rapper however explained that he did not completely abandon school but that he put it on pause as he has had a very busy year.
He said:

“It didn’t really make sense for me not to go for classes and then seat for an exam I’m not ready for or try to “rugged it or do the exam anyhow.”

He said that his course adviser and his HOD were fully aware of his decision and that he would return to school someday.
